What is Reading Bells?
Reading Bells is an online library portal, where you can choose your favorite books from the website and get it delivered at your doorsteps.
What are the different type of membership plans available?
There are a number of plans based on the number of books that a person would like to read in a month and also the duration for which the customer would like to subscribe. For details, please refer the "Membership Plan" page on the website.
Can I change my Membership Plan in between?
Yes, you can upgrade you plan anytime, by contacting us via e-mail or WhatsApp, and we will get it done.
How can I make Payment?
You can make the payment through any of the following methods: Credit card/ debit card/net banking/UPI
What if the books are not delivered in the promised time of 1-2 working days?
Please contact us on +91 9023713011 and we will take it on priority basis.
How long can I Keep the books with me?
You can keep the book with you depending on the membership plan you have chosen. If you want to keep the same book even after the due date, then you will have to renew the same book again first.
What happens if Book gets Lost or Damaged?
If a book is returned to Reading Bells damaged as a result of member misuse or is lost, Reading Bells will charge you the market value of each damaged book against the security deposit.
What if I am not available when the books are delivered?
If you are not available at home and miss a delivery, our delivery person will contact you and ask for any alternative place he can deliver it, may be at the building reception or with the watchman or any neighbour. In case any of these options are not possible, free delivery will be done only once and re-delivery will be charged Rs. 30/-
Do I need to return both books or I can retain one book and retain the other?
You can choose to order two books in gold plan, to be delivered to your doorstep from the books available for circulation and keep the book with you for maximum period 30 days. You can choose another book in between by returning any one of the books.
Can I return books to your office directly?
No, you have to return the books through proper procedure from the website and it will be picked from your doorstep.

Can I change my Registered Mobile Number?
Yes, you can change your registered mobile number and other details. After signing in, click on your name, then click on My Profile and you would be able to change your registered details. After changing any details, kindly click on update.
What if books sent to me is not in a good condition?
If you find that the books sent to you are not in good condition, then we request you to not accept the delivery, and register the issue with us by calling us on +91 9023713011 or by writing to us at +91 9023713011. You can also go to our website and click on contact us and write about any issues to us directly from there.
